How can it be February already?

I spent two afternoons at Jared's office this past week.
I enjoyed being there, but it has been a long time since
I have done research and I find I am very rusty!

Jo Walsh and I had lunch at the Corner Bar in the Boulderado
Hotel which is celebrating its 100th anniversary. We had a
very pleasant lunch and got caught up on each others lives.
She and Alf are off to Florida while we are off to Santa Fe.

We leave this Wednesday, the 4th, for Santa Fe. We have a
list of things to do, half or less will we probably do. It'll
be a change of scene and a mini-vacation. We always have a
good time on our travels.

I have decided to buy some of my Rx drugs from New Zealand.
The prices are very reasonable. Basically I pay the same
for them that I pay here, AFTER the Insurance has supposedly
paid their share. My new insurance company will only let
me have a months-worth of certain prescriptions at a time.
That doesn't work too well if you travel a lot. It means
many times I do without my prescriptions. I'll get a 3
month supply from New Zealand so that I don't come up short.
I hate, hate, hate this Health Insurance lack-of-caring
system!

The Center for the Study of Elections and Democracy at
Brigham Young University sent me $1.00 to fill out an
on-line form. I just completed it. Many of the questions
were pretty biased sort of like "have you quit beating
your wife." There just were not good options on too
many of the questions, particularly the ones pertaining
to the Mormon religion..."Do you feel embarrassed when
someone makes an insulting comment about Mormons?"
agree, somewhat agree, somewhat disagree, strongly disagree?
There is no place to say...none of the above or even
I don't know. Not only that but in some of the questions
the grammar was really bad (done instead of did for
instance.)
