This new blog is a pain..none of the old features work.  I wrote this else where,
now I have to re-write the whole da...n thing again!

Anyway...we are south of Albuquerque on route 40 heading west.  We are
in a fine RV park.  Our neighbor in Boulder encouraged us to join this
club.  We have a book of RVs. I called ahead to check to see if 
they would have room and told them of our Pasport status.  We arrived
late, but they had left a map and instructions for us on the door.  Instead
of $30/night it's $15!

We did Santa Fe today hence we are 2 days out and only at Albuquerque.

We're listening to a thriller by David Baladacci.  Makes the miles fly by.

Heading out

We set off this morning at 11:30 AM and took back roads
until Castle Rock when we entered I-25.  I-25 is among my
least favorite of roads...but so be it.  We stopped at
some point for lunch, in the Van.

The wind has blown like crazy all day.

Now we are in Raton, NM.  I should like to spend some
time in Santa Fe tomorrow.  Robert isn't big on art, so
we may not spend as much time as I would like.  When
he gets on the road he is ready to fly.  He talks about
mozying, but it seldom happens.  We'll see what happens
this time.
