A busy two weeks

It has been quite a while since I updated my blog.

Robert and I have been captured by the
medical world, he because of an attack of gout and
I with sinus and a basal cell cancer removal. But
all of those seem to be resolved at this time.

Last Sunday I went to an affair at Jared Polis'
office for current and past Interns. There have
been about 20 of them since I left. It was fun
to see them and listen to their enthusiastic
references to their experiences.

I have signed up for a couple of 4-hour shifts
per week to work on Jared's campaign.

Tomorrow I am spending 3 hours handing out
fliers and signing up workers for Bennett's
Senatorial campaign.

Thursday evening we are going to a Planned
Parent Open House in Boulder to see what and
how things are going for them.

We had Christmas..Viki, Liza, Keegan, Ellery, Carl, Martha
and Ariel came for Christmas dinner. That was fun. It
was good to see both Liza and Ellery. Liza had said
she wasn't coming home so that was a surprise treat.

New Years we watched TV until about 11 seeing the year
arriving around the world.

Ariel was here Mondays and Tuesday through her school
holiday. I took that opportunity to have her help me
clean and organize the closet where "our" craft
supplies are kept. She was a trooper and never
complained. Now that it is done she enjoys being
able to find things there herself and putting things
a way again. It has been a good experience. There
were things there we both had forgotten and many
new projects may evolve from that.
