she did make it there last Wednesday evening in time to have
dinner with her new boss. Yes she did get the job. On
Thursday she was in Crested Butte and saw the results of the
previous days' blizzards one of which she experienced enough
to announce it was the worst she had ever seen. In any case
they did not ski into Gothic as planned. She spent time
with her new boss and learned much more about what she'll bo
doing this summer and is even more excited about the whole
thing than ever. Also, they will start her at the top of
her pay scale, which isn't fantastic, but will do and they
will also give her an allowance towards her health insurance

She arrived here, having taken the bus from DIA and
announcing that it was a fine experience. She praised the
driver for his courtesy and found that the cost of $11.00
from DIA to Boulder was certainly a bargain and if she'd
known she could have bought a round-trip for $20.00.
Friday night Carl, Martha and Ariel came over for dinner and
Martha arrived with a bottle of Champagne for Robyn and so
we celebrated Carl's birthday and Robyn's new employment!
It has been fun having Robyn here and learning through bits
and pieces just what sorts of things she'll be doing. There
is a campground near by so both Carl and family and we are
thinking of a camping trip to Gothic this summer.
