January 12, continued.....

I forgot to mention that Anita came yesterday.  She is the

proud owner of a beautiful Tiny house.  She came

yesterday to check us out and the place we had for

her to park it.  She seems like a very interesting person.

In addition to her talents as an artist she is a Master

Gardener.  Kat and I shall make use of her talents as

a consultant.  She will be living in her little house

in our back yard.
