Connie and I celebrated my birthday at the
Madeira in Louisville.  I ordered steak salad,
but we had eaten such a late breakfast that
I was not hungry.  I managed to eat 1/3 of
it and brought the rest home.  It is a really
good green salad topped with thin slices
of steak, cooked as you specify.
